i wanted an app that would help manage tracking numbers and alert me to when packages arrive. This one worked well for years. Then in the past year or so: minor functionality disappeared or partially stopped working, i lost all of my app data after an update, and now i no longer even get push notifications from the app (even though all the settings are correct for that) , which is part of the minimum functionality i was looking for.

There are some bugs, like...When you update the carrier, the app does not retain this newly selected carrier.This means you have keep changing the carrier. Another, you can not edit or change the tracking number. Sometimes the shipper/seller changes the tracking number after a few days. Another, you cannot edit the middle of a memo when first entering the memo. You always have to backspace and re-type. However once saved you seem to be able to edit in the middle of the memo name.

Good but can be easily improved. The app itself is very good and useful but makes no sense having to pay a monthly subscription just to increase the amount of tracking and to remove a few adds. should be able to pay it once and have a premium for lifetime instead. tempts me to uninstall if can't buy permanently. Need more configuration capabilities like how ofter customers wants to pull for an update from carriers. For big couriers is a critical feature.
