Have been unable to download care plans, have been told to turn phone off and on again, have done this lots of times, hasn't sorted the problem, Also I have to turn off the travel tab each time I log in, this has been happening for a couple of weeks, it's annoying, I just like to have the appointments showing, Medication takes an age to log, if you're lucky it won't freeze.

It should have the option of log in with fingerprint. After the updates it works better. I like the fact that doesn't delete if we don't save the notes. Not 5 starts because it's a bit confusing, I have to look several times to make sure it's right what I'm seeing. Visually doesn't work for me. Too much going on. Should just open clients information if I would tap on it ,should just show name date time.

Hello Sandra, thank you for providing feedback on your experience, we are always looking for ways to improve our product with our users input. We are working on adding Biometric Login to our mobile app to make the process of logging in quicker and easier, while still being just as secure.

App works as needed, since changing name from care planner to nourish, the colour scheme has changed. It's unnecessarily bright and causes eye pain which makes it impossible to use Will adjust rating if this is changed to a less harsh colour scheme
