Great content on a technically clunky app. Potential subscribers who watch on several devices should be particularly aware of how payment is collected. I subscribed on Google Play on Android expecting the price to cover every platform, the same as Prime or Netflix. But when I loaded it on Roku, I had to pay AGAIN, albeit a pound cheaper. I paid but then cancelled on Play. I'm not going to have a breakdown over £5.49, the price of lunch, but it did leave a sour taste.

Far too basic and glitchy considering it's a paid service, no auto captions, no playstation app so can't watch on TV, crashes a lot and fails to play videos, and it's difficult to jump to specific times in videos using the progress bar as it doesn't show how where in the video you are when you touch the bar. So if you lose your place you kind of just have to tap around hoping you can get to the same spot again (very annoying with longer videos.) Just a basic, poor quality video player tbh.

The service is great, a ton of awesome content with no ads, can download anything you want to watch offline, totally worth the money. My 2 stars are for the app itself, it needs work. It crashes and gives "unable to play" errors all the time. I don't have those kinds of problems with any other app on my phone or when I use Nebula on my PC. Also I wish videos had comments, but I assume they don't do that to avoid having to moderate them. I still miss that feature though
