this app is super fun, and very effective. The stretches make me confident that I will get results, and the animated picture/video, along with the guiding voice instructor are very helpful when it comes to ke understanding how to do that stretch. I would definetly recommend this app!

Options to start at beginner, intermediate or advanced. Nice that you can set reminders and the stretches are good. The videos and pictograms are helpful during the stretches and I like the timer function, so you know how long to hold the streches. It would be good if you didn't have to go into the video to understand the proper body positioning for each stretch but that's a minor issue for me.

Edit: recently came back to this app, and I'd love to be able to change what date I did an exercise. Sometimes I exercise after midnight and it throws the calendar off. Besides that, still like this app a lot. The stretches are great, and it's helped me both become more flexible and relieve back pain. The amount of ads is also ideal.
