Reliable but let down by poor user interface. Authentication screen consists of a few logos, a huge amount of white space, a fairly small "Yes it's me" button (which you will click 99% of the time) right next to a same-size "no it wasn't me" button, which I have never had to use. UI designers have concentrated on form instead of function. (Clue: Authenticate button should be large, and a long way from other buttons)

This app isn't user-friendly in any sense. Especially when you get a new phone. I no longer have my S9. I haven't had it for 3 years, actually. Yet I can't change anything in the settings. When I try to authenticate my credentials, the code isn't sent to email in a timely manner, and by the time I finally do receive the code to authenticate, the option has timed out. it takes at least 2hrs for a code to be sent to an email. absolutely ridiculous.

Bad, bad, bad just bad, how bad? So the website that the phone is paired with will ask you for a passcode, HOWEVER, the phone asks for fingerprint. Good luck matching the two. Completely and I mean completely unusable, so much so that I'm going to stop using the company that I was using it with.
