Very user friendly, lots of great features and amazing promos, recommend 100%. I've been using it for a few months now and the app seems to have degraded. It doesn't apply my Railcard discount (very often) once I've selected the train times. It's not showing the train delay time on the journeys like it used to before. Now I have to search the journey as if I was buying a train ticket to see the exact delay time.

Scam. Had been showing a ticket price of £63 on my laptop and the app for over an hour, even after refreshing the info. When you go to book, the flight has sold out at that price. When you go back in to rebook, the price keeps going up and up, saying sold - until i got to £225, when it becomes available to book - wgat a surprise! Hope they dont take my money, as they took all my card details at the £63 price before informing me the flights at that price were sold out. Great example of; "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is."

We are sorry to learn that you are unable to successfully book your flight with us. The discounted pricing on our site changes from time to time depending on seat availability. The price can only be guaranteed once we have confirmed the booking. If the booking is not confirmed, you will not be charge for it. Apologies for the inconvenience.

There fees are really hard to understand.. would prefer it if they just said it like, your total refund will be (price), or it will cost you a total of (price) to change the date of this flight/booking.. etc.. at the moment they show you a price, and a fee, and another fee with a paragraph of text.. with no clue as to how much in total or what is what.. so confusing
