Ordered 2 items from Wholee and had issues with both of them. One was was defective and the other was the wrong item. They refused to pay for return shipping, instead my options were to accept a discount for items I can't use or don't want, or pay the expensive return shipping myself. Waste of time and money, I definitely wouldn't recommend Wholee and I won't be buying from them again.

Signed up then noticed address had something added on to it. This would be enough to have items not arriving where they should. No way of correcting this and can't find close account either. Left message to close account. Unreliable from the get go. Part 2: Answer to the developer. My address once added jumped to provided autu install. As it was a first address it was not possible to change at my end. It was corrected by customer support a short while later. I thanked them for that. Upto 3⭐️⭐️⭐

Hi, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. This may be because the address you filled in is incorrect, and you will be asked to correct it to the correct address, so that you can receive your goods and save a lot of unnecessary trouble, thank you for your understanding.

The site itself could do with more info for each and every item. Open items up for more info and nothing g is there so you don't actually know what you're buying. As for the app it is crashing loads on my phone. More often than not I get the message "oops some things gone wrong. Retrying" over a white screen but then you close it down and it's still popping up the message over everything else you open. Even the home screen. Even while I'm writing this!
