The UW App is a convenient tool for managing my account, tracking bills, and handling customer service requests. I appreciate the easy access to information and the quick ability to make payments. However, there are occasional glitches and bugs that can affect the user experience, like slow loading times or issues with certain features not working properly. If these are addressed, the app could be even more seamless. Overall, it’s useful but needs some improvements.

Used to work fine, but recently very unreliable. Have to try numerous times to give meter readings, and often can't submit them at all. Says readings have been submitted but they haven't. Problems topping up card, sometimes won't top up. A colleague also has this app and she has the same problems, so I assume it is something to do with the recent app updates. Have tried restarting phone, uninstalling app etc. but no change. Using on Samsung S20 plus.

The app is good. It is really easy to use and easy to access all information. Only down side is the issue others have mentioned. I have removed and reinstalled the new version today (18th Jan), and the app continues to pop open all the time, asking me to log in. Even when I didn't have the app, a 'New Tag Collection activation' thing kept popping up, which I couldn't get rid of. It's becoming very annoying.
