Unable to even register the app. A notification keeps telling me to "pls check network connection" (the connection is fine, this also seems like an unprofessional message). Instead I tried the base edition app, was able to get a code, but still could not register. Unimpressed already purchased the kit and was hoping to use it with our young one. Update: it finally sent me a code but keeps saying invalid tried again same thing.

Wonderful device! We first bought it almost three years ago for our eldest daughter. It was the one that was kept in place on the clothes of baby. We have used it for almost a year and the only issue we had was that fixing ring broke for which we got a replacement from seller with no problem. This is now sorted with new design of fixer that stays on the nappy. Our old version still works, but we got a new one for ease of use. Baby not bothered, peace of mind for parents. Highly recommend!

The most overpriced piece of plastic that doesn't perfom its basic duties. The app keeps disconnecting from the little dongle every few hours so it is absolutely useless when needed the most. Especially when you are unaware it disconnected itself !! Whats the point of having something that wont even alert you when necessary. In addition, it keeps goving false alarms with regards to temperature and breathing being slow. My husband was ready to lauch that thing out the window last night.
