Whatever update you just published wrecked the app. I've had my video doorbell two years and it's always been mostly fine, if a little slow. Today I had a visitor ring the doorbell, app notification flashed for a hot second, then disappeared. Tried to answer, said network error and would not connect to the doorbell. Then it wouldn’t play the recorded video from the motion detected nor from the person pushing the doorbell button. Whatever you did needs to be reversed as it's now useless.

The app works when it comes to seeing the cameras, but when i try to open setting on the app it ask me to login which if you log in quickly enough it crashes, but if u wait a bit and log back in your still in menu and not in setting, nothing you do can progress from there it's an endless loop of not being able to go into settings. (UPDATE: A small bit of trial and error. You MUST have location permission on before opening it. It would be better if it reminded rather then crashed.)

App is pretty buggy. Biggest issue for me is I have notifications for some of my cameras set ALL OFF, yet I still get a notification that it is "offline" (this is a wifi camera, it goes offline when it goes to standby everytime I exit the app). Why do I get these notification still when they are OFF in the app? Another issues I have is motion detect area, it's worthless. I have sensitivity set to 1, no one tiny zone selected, yet still notifies of detected people and vehicles!! Needs major fix
