updating in 2025 to reiterate 1 star Map doesn't show "No parking" areas Trying to use it in London, lots of boroughs now have areas where you can't park the bikes but the app often doesn't show this on the map, so you only find out you can't park there when you get to your destination. It then doesn't show on the map where the "no parking" zones are so you have to keep riding and stopping to try and park until you finally end up in the right area. Makes usability a right pain

Thanks for the feedback Mike! Each city defines areas in which Lime vehicles cannot be operated or parked. We understand that this can be frustrating and designed the map in the app to show all relevant areas to ensure they are respected. This app used to be brilliant, recently I have to restart the app almost every time I start a new ride, and restart my entire phone about 25% of the time. Also often have to restart when trying to end the ride. Very glitchy, this never used to happen. As a long term user with other 4000 miles ridden, this is very annoying and makes me use forest bikes more and more often. Please fix!!

Support doesnt help. u need to escalate this:Your app is useless at detecting parking. every time i waste so much time moving my bike around at random spots until your app is satisfied for parking that I would be better off if I walked instead. typically what happens is: i try to park my bike in clearly designated bike parking area with like dozens of other lime bikes but your app in combination with the inaccurate GPS (we all know that GPS is it always on spot)
