Dodgy app. Avoid. Soon after joining, I got many spam and nuisance calls from India, and messages on whatsapp and other messaging apps connected to my phone number. Then they suspended my account and wanted passport or gov ID. I rarely used the app, joined for less than a week, and had a terrible experience. No way would I trust unknown people with passport and other financial information. Also had very few matches on the app, mostly from India (I like in UK). Awful experience overall.

Hello, We regret the inconvenience. We do basic screening of each profile and verification via Govt. ID proof is also
there. Please report the suspicious profiles on app or at help@jeevansathi.com, so the team can take necessary
action. We suggest you view 'Verified Matches' ie profiles with Shield Icon. Regards, Team Jeevansathi

This new update is just pathetic. Previous one was very easy to use and things were very simple and accessible. This new update, looks like JS just wanted to make something special and they made the app worse to use. 1) Previously, from email if I view some profile than also see next profile which are sent in email, but now for next profile I have to go back to email and open another one. 2) send notification about matching profiles, but as soon as you open , it shows you are all caught up.

A big flaw in the app itself is that when any paid member sends a request to a non-paid member, then ideally, he/she shows the pics of the sender profile but this app doesn't allow and receiver won't accept without seeing the pics and who is loss paid member but sender thinks they have paid member so so all fine but they don't know they have been bluffed with wrong functionality in the app itself. if Subscriber sends request then receiver should be able to see the pics. Horrible experience.
