Brilliant VPN. love it, used it for years. So you're now asking why I'm I giving it 1 star? The fact I have to reinstall it every couple of hours is really annoying. The kill switch which works brilliant at first. Only works for a few hours. Then it becomes the turn the Internet off even if the VPN is connected switch. Only way to fix it is uninstall the app and re install and then it works again. Update: Already have to uninstall and re install the app again just to make the kill switch work.

The split tunnelling update is the best, no more having to disconnect when using certain apps on my phone. However, still doesn't work on Nexus 7. When trying to access a web page I'm told I have no internet connection & had to set it up manually. Since last couple of updates it keeps logging me out on Android TV box, really annoying to have to keep logging back in & it loses my connection preferences every time..

Hi Nadia, have you changed your credentials recently? that's one of the reasons the app could log you out since it needs to re-authenticate

Fantastic product, very easy to use, I am a newbie to this most excellent service if I can easily navigate this then anyone can, even a complete novice. Customer Services were incredibly helpful when I requested their advice, very professional and ready when I reached out. I have no compunction in recommending IPVanish to anyone who maybe considering or researching which one to choose. IPVanish is a great product and it maybe a cliche to say, however; it really does exactly what it says it can.
