Almost has everything you need, UI is very user friendly. The platform is missing a huge feature, it needs a way to calculate how much I want to trade with considering where my stop loss needs to be, before I take a trade, it's not easy trying to do it manually. If I have £1000 total I want to risk 1% but the stop loss is always a different number of pips away on each trade, an easy way to calculate how much to trade with based on how many pips the SL is would be great 👊👍

Iq option makes money by freezing your sell button function when its 90% chance of you being able to pull out. they did this to me 3x when i had more than £400 each time. i contacted them on 5 different occassions with them telling me thats unusual or please take a photo for us. no they did nothing and I always knew when they would give me this error message to prevent me from gaining money. This was in 2016... today this still happens AND NO support! im not sending you an email.

I requested to delete my account after suddenly receiving an email saying I'd be charged a fee, as my account had been inactive for 90 days (despite not having used the app, or not even having it on my phone for actually over a year!). I immediately tried using online support, which was appalling, where they assured me they would close the account and that I wouldn't be charged. Complete liars as I've been charged £10 plus foreign currency fees and still haven't had my account deleted!!

Hello Stevie! How are you doing? We are sorry you had an issue, however, you always can block the account yourself and request to delete the account. That process may take some time, but the account is blocked right away. There must have been some misunderstanding, please contact our support again and they will help you with it.
