Back to a one star review. Gennec "updated" the software and now it only transfers the systolic reading from my blood pressure meter to the app. I had given this app a one-star rating based on a counter-intuitive interface. Having spent more time with the app, I'm now satisfied that it performs adequately, although it has more of a learning curve to it than I'm comfortable with. I'm not convinced that the reports are consistent from day to day. Maybe it's time to read the manual again.

Hello Frank, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the software. Our IT team is now working on it. For now, would you please remove the device from Gennec, then download another compatible App of 【Renpho Health 】which is a compact App aiming to work for all Renpho products.

Easy to use and has useful graphs tracking progress. It doesn't work perfectly though as some of the data transfers as 0 instead of what the blood pressure monitor actually recorded. Apart from that glitch, a nice enough app. Update - as advised I tried the Renpho Health app. I had problems at first but reinstalled Renpho health and it works flawlessly. Thank you for the advice, it has made all the difference to backing up my data

App does not sync data correctly from the new Renpho blood pressure monitor I received two days ago. Only systolic is updated from the monitor - no diastolic or BPM data. App also closes itself when scrolling down to the end of the data. It is hugely disappointing that the Gennec app cannot perform such a basic function reliably, as it means I must now return an otherwise excellent monitor, purchased primarily for its data logging via the app. Renpho should urgently consider other app providers.
