it functions, for the most part and things like alarm notifications, service reminders and car warnings are useful. The latest update brought very persistent advertising notifications every time the app starts, as if Ford don't like that I have said I don't want to be contacted by email or post. I would just like to buy your car and drive it. Please fix this issue. Very annoying, if typical of Internet connected things these days.

Normally, with an update, things "usually" get better. Not in this instance. Service history doesn't work. Reference guides don't work. Ford no longer ship vehicles with handbooks, the old app used to have a digital version. Not anymore. So, instead of an app containing everything you need. Now don't. I can't really see what the apps purpose is now. FORD, LOOK AT WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THIS USELESS APP!

No where near as good as the original Ford Pass Pro that was inexplicably ditched. But it does a job. However, why doesn't the app tell you if your vehicle is Locked or not? Just the 2 buttons with no way to tell. And why doesn't the service screen show you all the fluid levels and other indications the old Pro did. FordPass Pro was excellent FordPass is mediocre in comparison. Heck I'd pay for Pro if it meant getting it back.
