I am trying to improve my diabetes, mental health and weight. I struggle to work out lately, so I use this while the kettle boils! The joint friendly is great, and I adapt some exercises so that I can stand (I do push ups using the counter, for example). I feel stronger and leaner. I also have a bit more energy. Another great feature is it asks if the workout was too easy or hard, so it will adapt it next time. Love it!

HIIT workout contains a wide range of cardio based exercises, but if you choose to do a 20 minute training everytime you plan to do exercising, the variety usually stays the same and I notice same exercise pattern based on 20minute routine. They should be more diversified. Aswell notification timer function does not work properly- when I try switch it, app crashes. Although it doesn't stop me from using it and the ad in the end of training is not so annoying.

I love this app. I'm following the Joint Friendly exercise programme due to waiting for an ACL reconstruction opp. My only constructive criticism is it could have voice prompts for checking your form to ensure your doing it properly. I have always trained so know how to do the exercises correctly but a newbie may not. Apart from that, brilliant. I can put my own music on and train for the length of time I want.
