I got a free movie when I got Sky broadband, but I haven't watched it because this app is not available on Amazon Firestick, it does not have a casting feature, and even prevents screen mirroring to my TV. I will have to watch the film on my tablet which is hardly cinematic! I will then be deleting the app and won't ever consider buying any films from Sky store.

I am very disappointed that movies don't have subtitles and I don't understand why. Also, the volume on movies is super quiet. Even on full volume you can barely hear it! If you download a movie and watch it, it constantly freezes and buffers. Do yourself a favour and get your movies literally ANYWHERE else. This service either needs huge improvements or sunsetting, it brings no joy or entertainment.

Would leave zero if I could. The app on the LG tv is shocking and not much better on android, hit and miss whether you get to watch the content you buy, (FYI more miss than hit), constantly comes up with error code 1100 or device limit reached, even though account on the website shows that you have room for more devices. I have none of these issues with any of the other apps, just this one. They need to rebuild this app from the bottom up.
