This app isn't so great, it constantly crashes and sometimes doesn't open at all, it is really slow when it come to loading and when you press to go to a person, profile, inbox etc it is slow to open. Some celebs are classed as unavailable yet their available on the Web version so it strikes me as odd that the person would come across as unavailable when they are in fact available. I think maybe the app needs to be a bit more clear like "this celeb isn't available on the app but is on the Web"

The text limit is ridiculously small, how is anyone supposed to create a meaningful message with a limit as tiny as that?! Wow. Secondly, most of the talent either read their messages and then completely blank you or they don't read them at all....kind of sucks for those that pay £10 for a message. I think ratings and refunds should be open for messages that are £10 and over. If talent aren't available to accept messages then turn that feature off! Simple!

Video requests need more character space for the price you're paying. The biggest let down was not being able to send specific details in the request due to lack of space; especially when you're paying so much money to some people and you cannot say or ask what you want to. That said, this is a fantastic idea for those who wish to contact their favourite celebrity, whether as a video request or a text. The process of doing so is quite straight forward and the terms are explained simply.
