Bought tickets for an event, have to install app as only way to get tickets. Keep getting errors "Are you a Real Fan", "Something Went Wrong", have installed it twice. Just email me the tickets instead of forcing me to use an app which keeps crashing on a Pixel 8 The app doesn't like Google One's VPN, turning that off stops those errors. On to the next error, after entering the correct username and password , on the offers notification page it says "Something went wrong, check your connection..

Terrible App, doesn't work at all, when you try to sign in, you get an error message. This app is needed to view your tickets to be shown at the venue to gain entry, but since you can't sign in, you can't view them. Worst ticketing app out there. Customer service is rubbish, & can't help with the issue. Have contacted Axs using the link, and still have the same issue, half of the time the chat service doesn't work anyway. Have spoken to cust services as requested by AXS, & still doesn't work.

Absolutely horrible and frustrating. Been trying to log in on the app and have tried various ways to be able to, but it just kept on saying "Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again." It's so annoying because how am I going to enter the event and I hold tickets for 4 people!! Customer support is useless too and just told me to uninstall and install the app 🥴
