I tried to simply order a coat, the payment was taken three times but the order never went through on the app. It is still sitting in my bag somehow. You can only contact Burton via twitter (where you can no longer message the contact) or Facebook messenger (where the messages are sent but go unread and unanswered). So now you have taken my money three times, no order has gone through and there isn't even a way to chase this or raise a complaint. Worst customer service ever.

app itself is easy to navigate,but the checkout process is utterly confusing. items I added came to 70 full price then 29.50 with discounts,but checkout said it was 55 before discounts then had a discount,along with 3.99 delivery,then I added the unlimited delivery which didn't show up anywhere ,paid a higher price as it said the unlimited delivery was in my basket and would only let me select normal delivery. makes absolutely no sense.

The app is very unstable, the wish list is not accessible, if you're browsing on the shop tab and click on the bag tab, you loose all Ur shopping selection. The app is user-friendly or interactive. I like the quality of the clothes though.
