The app is easy to use, and the vibration means you can set the phone down and follow along without watching the screen. My complaint is that it needs a reset option, or an option to go back levels, as even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't reset progress. Used this app during pregnancy, and now don't necessarily want to resume at the same level. Would love the option to slow it down and move back levels to build back up

It's not bad but I prefer the countdowns on other apps, I'd like to see how much time is remaining on the exercises as it is motivating and helps you check if you have time to do them. Also once you start there's no countdown or warning so suddenly you're meant to be squeezing for one second without warning. Its annoying that you can't change the notification time or add in more than one. I want to do them three times a day but once I've done them once it says this day is complete.

For a free app the workout works well. Your notified to do your exercises, it would be better, if it were more obvious, how many times a day you could/should do them, say through a timer notification. The graph seems to differ from the main exercise notification when it comes to progression. Left a little confused whether its once a day or more.
