Product is fine. App is poor. You are unable to share devices across different users. It simply removes the device from the other user's phone. This also resets everything and you then have to calibrate the device again (30 days!). This isn't explained anywhere. Airthings way around this is for you to simply share log in details and passwords, which if you know even the slightest thing about information security, is a very bad idea. Poor decision making and it's reflected in a terrible UX.

Edit to 1 star: Flashing bar at top wanting location all the time that you cannot chose to hide, I don't want or need it to! Original: Location required!? Really!? Works as should, connect, sync and data graphs, been using it for a couple years now. Had teething issues at first, but mostly ironed out. But! You have to provide your location to sync with your data!? Once initial setup with location is done, why every time you sync!? But of privacy concerns there!?

Nothing is perfect but the addition of the hub to provide remote access to your devices is a must. For those that moan about not having Wi-Fi initially installed on the devices as opposed to Bluetooth just simply don't understand the difference in power requirements and how often you would have to swap batteries in the device if each device was WiFi enabled.
