The Calm Gut app is an evidence-based, audio toolkit designed for long-term relief from IBS symptoms. Combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), & mindfulness techniques, it helps ‘fix’ the miscommunication between your brain & gut.

I love this app, thank you Jayne! I've been using the hypnosis and affirmations, and can already feel a difference after just a few weeks. I find the variety of sessions perfect, and I've started to create different playlists depending on how what I want to focus on. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with IBS and anxiety.

Wow! I really wanted to try hypnotherapy for my IBS and was let down by nerva so almost gave up. This app is SOOO much better. Loads of resources, easy to navigate. Where the other app felt all about making money from my ibs - this one seems to really care. Her voice is so calming and the sessions I've done so far have been spot on. Too early to say if it helps my symptoms but I already feel a lot more relaxed and hopeful. Also, option to pay monthly makes it more affordable too. Thank you!!

ok I've just signed up for a month and started 28 day challenge. very informative I all so just now did my first hypnosis as I really wasn't feeling good and I feel so much better so much calmer. I really think this app will help more than others I've tried and this one's so much better suited to me and not overall health like other hypnosis apps. I think I should have gotten the yr already. first app I'm happy to pay for and payment options are easy to manage. finally I have hope. thankyou ❣️
