Your app keeps crashing. Initially, I couldn't complete my flight's payment as there was an error on the checkout, every single time, with every one of my cards (credit and debit). I had to purchase my tickets over the phone and when finally I added my flights on the app, I realised that I couldn't make any additional changes (e.g.: buying a better seat, upgrade, etc.). I can't check in on the app either.

Absolutely awful app. Boarding passes are not available offline, which is insanity for a traveling app. When you have connection,loading the boarding passes takes an eternity, delaying the process in the airport. The absolute worst about this app is that if you have a 2 leg flight, after the first leg, boarding passes are not accessible anymore. Have fun figuring out how to get them. I was lucky to have them downloaded, otherwise what do you do?

Useless. I do the check-in in the app, then I can't find neither my flight in my trips nor my boarding pass. I do add the flight and then the app wants me to do the check in again. They also didn't send the email I asked for with the boarding pass. Almost as bad as air france. Today I tried to buy a ticket. The app crashed when I was about to hit pay. Had to start the booking process again. Only that the tickets are more expensive now. Then they send me an email to finish my booking. Haha
