Only issue I've ran into so far is with support. I sent a message over a week ago about issues I'm having with it showing my wallet balance in the negative. I never got a reply. I absolutely loved CT pool, and CT browser before. I recommended it to everyone, but it does kinda make me feel iffy when support won't message back. I'll use it until my contracts are up, but with no support. I'm going to have to move on to something else.

DOESN'T PAY OUT. I requested a withdrawal in October last year but nothing happened. The transaction is still pending. I emailed customer support no end of times over the last 4 months but they do not respond. This app also no longer works. I purchased the pro version but it doesn't do anything now other than prompt me to purchase a subscription to carry on mining which I'm obviously not going to do as I know I can't withdraw what I mine. I think I should get a refund. Very poor.

This app is working almost 24h/d and is working just fine. I have attended to withdraw first time when I reached the required amount and was successful as is mentioned in 1 business day, but when it comes for the 2nd,3rd,4th, I was waiting about 3days and nothing coming through in my wallet and I had to Cancel them because I can't make another request because my previous transfer in not completed, about Cloud Boost, haven't tried. App is working, issue within the transaction services.

Dear user, There is no need to cancel your withdrawal requests as it only increases the payment processing time. May we know your user ID to check your payment status?
