The app has had a persistent bug for a month, rendering it unworkable. I went through all of the standard procedures: restarting my phone, updating the app, clearing data and cache, and finally reinstalling. Now, I cannot even log in. I hope this is fixed promptly.

I've used end for years. I love the clothes but with each year the site and the app get progressively worse. The filters don't work. I've just filtered on t shirts on a medium and selected 10 at random. Only one of them was in stock. It's unusable. This is the most up to date version of the app I'm using and the site is no better.

This is a bad app, and so makes the company look equally bad. Since I first downloaded it a couple of months ago the filters have not worked, searching by size yields lots of results of the wrong size, lots that don't even have the filtered size available, and lots of sold out items. The only option is to trawl through pages of irrelevant items, because if the filter is showing items in the size you don't want, it's probably filtering out sizes you do. If I could give it zero, I would.
