TRANSFER PROGRESS FROM THE FREE VERSION TO POCKET ROGUES: ULTIMATE
If your save wasn’t transferred automatically:
1. Open Settings in the free version. It’s recommended to create an in-game account there and log into it in the Ultimate version to ensure everything works correctly.
2. Click "Save (Cloud)" at the bottom.
3. Open Pocket Rogues: Ultimate, go to Settings, and click "Load (Cloud)".
Your progress will update after restarting the game.
After that your progress will be updated.

Great game. But the control settings default to controller after every loading screen, including dungeon levels, despite turning off auto switch. It's making it very difficult to enjoy the game. again, I've already tried turning off the auto switch/change option. and no devices are connected with my phone.

Hello, sorry for the issue. It seems that the game is detecting one of the devices connected to your device as a game controller. Try going to Settings - Input - Gamepad and uncheck the "Auto Switch" option. UPDATE: Sorry, I didn’t notice that you had already mentioned this. I’ll try to look into the issue and fix it in a patch

I absolutely love this game BUT I had a dungeon going in the back ground & my phone cleared space and it got rid of ALL of my ancient items that I grinded for. That is so frustrating. It saved the dungeon that I was in and my progress but deleted all of my items. I know this game is still in progress and I'm going to keep playing to get more items but it's just a little frustrating to lose everything I had. Update: It happened again & I have once again lost EVERYTHING that I have spent DAYS on

Having enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable and well crafted game, I clocked up quite alot of hours as you would expect with no issue. However, when starting up the game one day my progress had reset with no explaination. Having logged out and back into my account and making sure the game was up to date I was pretty disappointed to have lost everything I had played towards, levelled up champions and castle for instance. I have no mind to restart having got so far, a good game but again very annoyed!
