If you want to know what a great theme park app looks like, just go to universal. Great map function, accurate ride times, load your tickets onto the app for easy scan at entry, plenty of great features too. SeaWorld/Busch gardens try to achieve this but fail on all levels. It's just poor. Plus their park WiFi is shockingly bad

Cannot use app, even just for viewing maps, without creating an account. Cannot get past that Create/Login Screen. Apparently people wanted this (some excuse on the page that says about being green and accessing tickets via mobile). No, you just want to mine personal data and spam them. Why do you need an account just to view the map? Uninstalled.

In theory this app is great as it has everything I need when at the park, wait times, show times, map etc. Unfortunately after the first half hour of use it just wouldn't load anything, despite having full wifi signal it seems to be permanently stuck on a load screen, ive force stopped the app and even uninstalled and re installed but still no change! It's a shame because the park itself is amazing, they just need to cone up to speen with the supporting technology.
