The app will not open. At all. After installing and launching it, there is an instant message that the connection timed out. Every other app connects just fine. Dragonpass seems to have a canned response to all other people who complain about this that they should re-register. How is it possible to do that when it is not possible to register at all, as you would need to open the app for that?

the app works. however if you get this from your credit card company, the MasterCard FAQ might not match credit card benefits. so it's very misleading. I ended up getting charged the full $32 USD benefit and conversion rates.. lesson learnt. I honestly thought from all information provided I was getting a free access to the lounge and a $32 USD "voucher"

The app will not open. Just says connection to App has timed out. Try again later. Have tried many times, and it refuses to open. My S22 is fully up to date. I was looking forward to using this as MC lounge access has become very difficult in recent months, and this appears to be attempting to fix that. Please fix the app.
