just a whole load of time wasters on the app. the concept of it is good but unfortunately once you pay for your credits (which isn't cheap) to contact a client and they change their mind about the service then it becomes a waste of credits. I believe one way to truly ensure people are serious is to charge a very small fee to the client to put up an ad to request for services and that way it's good to weed out all the time wasters. however sadly I will NEVER be using this app again!

Whilst I can't call this a full on scam it's certainly padded out with unresponsive leads, no logical structure on lead pricing and extremely poor customer service. I have gained some work but overall only around 1 in 8 or so leads have ever responded to my approaches. I've had competitors checking out my pricing with no intention of hiring. I've been the first to contact a lead only to find the job had already gone to another Bark user. How does that happen if I'm the first to reply. Pathetic.

The app has based me in Ireland but I'm based in England. The jobs that pop up therefore are not relevant to me. I've emailed Bark at least twice (the first time being well over a year ago). Nobody has got back to me. I don't want to have to delete my profile and start again as I have some references loaded from when I started it up. I'm finding it hard to recommend this app to other tutors within The Tutors Association when I can't even get this issue sorted out. Can someone please contact me.
