It's a pain to log in if the company's email servers take time to process incoming email due to security processes. All the verification attempts fail due to the link being expired. I mean, the app checks for a pin and 2FA, does it really need a device verification too? If so, find a way to fix the login process cause it's annoying as hell. I am, for one, uninstalling the app and I will pass over my feedback to my ops team.

Edit: It seems as though they have updated the app and it's working alot better. It still occasionally won't upload a photo for no reason but it is alot better. Thank you! I'll change my rating to 4 stars. The android app is terrible. It is unbelievably slow and laggy. It probably takes me 5 minutes to upload a reciept and the details, and that is if I don't give up half way through. The app works great on iOS but it seems like they have neglected android unfortunately. I can't recommend it.

Update has screwed up on both Androids phones. And I can only log in on the computer. it keeps going round in circles asking for me to do two-step authentication. the support are TRYING to fix it. but just going round and round asking fort the six digit code, then the passcode, then confirm email - on and on and on. not getting anyway trying to sort and can't get it to work on either of my pohones now. it used to work fine no problem before this.
