Can't take any screenshots of your own expenses for easier accounting. The app is slow and unresponsive, asking for password every time it is opened. You can't pay back whenever you want you need to wait a couple of days. Direct debit is totally useless, I set an exact date and was waiting for auto payment, but it wasn't taken, and instead, the date changed. Paying manually is always a pain when redirected to another banks, huge mess. FAQ is useless, it doesn't even explain how cashback works.

It doesn't always work. More often than not it fails on the first try. It makes choices for (like how to pay) that I don't want. For a finance app this is just awful. There are so many apps out there performing way more complicated tasks smoothly & efficiently every time. There is simply no excuse for apps like this.

There's no way to opt out of automatic debit adjustments when you make extra manual payments on top of that. This is a predatory business practice that makes it more difficult for people to pay off their debts. It serves no purpose to the consumer and only benefits the provider. I'm often tight on cash but like to make additional payments here and there.
