The customer support features are disappointing. The chatbot frequently freezes, doesn’t respond, and doesn’t allow the conversation to be concluded. The support button for reimbursements is ineffective, with no action when clicked. Additionally, emails sent to support remain unanswered. It’s a distressing experience, particularly given the context of significant financial reimbursements. I hope this is fixed quickly.

not so many partner supermarkets in Italy. and at the ones supposedly accepting it, the digital card keeps getting rejected. i contacted customer service and the only thing they suggested is to order a physical card.

The app biometric login is broken, works sometimes and some other I will just let you down when you need it. I miss cobee that works like a charm.
