Zero customer support. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human, but it's impossible. All I want to do is opt in to accept age restricted items, but the app crashes at the end of the training. Can I speak to someone about this? NO! I'm missing out on a lot of delivery opportunities as I work late nights but can not get the support to turn it on. Worst customer support I've ever experienced. Uber; if you're reading this, please contact me!

horrible app! had nothing but problems! no support! keeps sending ridiculous rides that is 47 min away for $6 OVER AND OVER, causing rating to drop. support team never helps. got to the point they told to me to uninstall and reinstall app. now I can't get into it all. and because I can't get into it, there's no way to call them to fix it. you won't make any money. it's the worst app I have ever used!!!!

App is not fit for purpose. I have been getting an error message when accepting trips saying "something went wrong, an unknown issue has occurred, please try again later" im sitting around waiting for trips for me to get that message when trying to accept them. the customer service is USELESS they literally are telling me its not happening when it clearly is. I've deleted the app and reinstalled three times, they're "specialist team" have said they've fixed it when they haven't.
