Stingy: booked a Day Pass to attend a morning HIIT class. Woke up feeling ill with a nasty cold. Tried to cancel the pass (to use for another day etc) and they voided the pass so I never got to use it again and didn't get any money back. Tight. My advice is don't bother booking anything in advance. If you do have to cancel your money's gone.

The app was working ok a couple of days ago and I booked some classes. Yesterday and today it's not working (2 types of failure message). I have reinstalled the app twice, also rebooted my phone. I don't get further than the first screen. I contacted the gym by phone. Any solutions?

Doesn't work, does not allow you to choose the gym, keeps saying there an error connecting to the server. Completely ruining my gym experience
