The old one wasn't good, but this is a full Hold My Beer situation. Errors on trying to sign in. Redirecting to browsers and the old app (which isn't installed). Constant popups with errors. It's an absolute mess. Two of my upcoming tickets can be seen, another is... Somewhere, I guess. Thankfully I have months before my next event. Hopefully they do something to sort this out, though my confidence isn't high. But thanks to their absolute monopoly, there's no other options.

I almost never rate apps, but this one deserves special treatment. just takes you round in a circle saying this app is no longer in use, then links back to (you guessed it) this app. I've tried linking through different channels, but all roads lead to this app (which apparantly is no longer in use but is also the latest version). genuinely intrigued to know if any testing was carried out before it was released?

It really is remarkable how awful the ticketing experience with Ticketmaster is. From the complexity of trying to use this app in different countries, constantly having to change passwords, and the almost weekly requirements to install and uninstall just to get it to work. Tickets are often missing and need to be chased up. Trying to pass on tickets to friends and relatives when bought in a group is a performance art in itself. Abysmal.
