The app is clunky and laggy. The interface isn't very intuitive and is more form than function. Also, it seems that recently they have started severely compressing images that are sent from my phone to group chats via the app. I understand compressing images, but the amount they are compressing is ridiculous. This isn't the 90s with Dial-Up internet and limited disk space. There is no need to compress images to the point they look like blurry pixelated garbage. Also, upgrade your servers!

i only use this app for downloading my screenshots, and it used to work, even though it was a bit slow to download. now it cuts off every screenshot i try to download in half or just completely unable to see the screenshot. i am very disappointed in this app. i've only experienced this bug since the update in November.

I'm giving a new review. It is good app WHEN IT WORKS! The reason I gave it 2 stars is because when it doesn't work, THERE IS NO SOLUTION, IT IS A WIATING GAME! I have seen a lot of people on reddit who share my experience in that the app doesn't upload the clips OR when it does, you try to download that clip and you receive a message that says "can't download, try again later" even if you have storage space, uploaded correctly, etc ... PLEASE fix the app.
