Zoho Expense is designed to automate expense tracking and travel management for your organization. Scan your receipts on the go by using the Autoscan receipt scanner to create expenses, then add them to reports and submit them instantly. Plan your business travel by creating itineraries for your trips. Managers can approve reports and trips with just a single tap.

To encourage small businesses and freelancers, Autoscan is now available for Zoho Expense free plan users for up to 20 scans per calendar month.

This is actually a really great app (used in trial) and is ideal for tracking receipts and expenses and is really well laid out BUT it is too expensive for a small business, requiring minimum of 10 users to maintain an account; they simply price you out of the market if you have less than 10 employees priced at cost per user. Such a shame and incredibly short sighted. I asked for support in seeking a turnaround on this roadblock but the replies were entirely clueless.

Very Good app and good interface with the web version. Helping me to manage my Official Travel expenses , smoothly. Another good thing about the app is there is an option of Analytics also, so that we will know our expenses patterns. My only request to the team is , to refine the excel CSV, file, so that only relevant and clear formatted excel file is Available. Thanks.
