Bought additional package to change flights and have extra baggage, which was not given. No way to cancel flight after they clearly mislead us and noone answers emails or phone calls no matter how much we try. I watched TV shows while waiting! Never using them again! You don't save money after all the stuff you have to pay for all these things you don't even get. It was actually more expensive, better off going through the airline directly.

Do not buy tickets from eSky under no circumstances! Just buy them directly from the air company. I've used eSky to travel from London to Bulgaria, they cancelled my flight which is fine, it happens, but that was 2 months ago. After that I can't reach eSky, they are not answering my emails, and they haven't paid back my money ! I actually paid extra for tickets cancellation insurance but still they refuse to pay us back, and worst thing is that they are not even replying to my emails anymore!

Returns are being carried out with the approval of the airlines. The review time of inqury, its decision, refund form and the refund processing is dependand on airlines. The current situation is exceptional on a world scale. We are counting on your understanding.

I was expecting more I was using the Web version which keep advertising to go to the app version that this would result in an enhanced experience. I download the app and it is not possible to check flights+accommodation like in the Web page... So I end up using the Web rather than the app. In addition payment option on the frequently asked question they give you the information that it is possible to pay not only by credit card but after confirming with support. It is not possible after all.
