can't fault the app. Fan, on the other hand, isn't worth the price tag. labelled as cool, but it's just an air circulator with no cooling ability. The purifier sounds good and probably does work to some extent. good luck on trying to get it off "severe detection" even after following every guidelines, both official and unofficial

If you notice your Dyson purifier displaying a 999 Severe reading, and there’s no obvious source of pollutants within your indoor environment that could be causing this, the reading is likely to be due to a blockage in the machine’s sensor port(s). Clearing the sensor ports of any dust, fluff or debris is quick and easy. (2 of 2)

Good overall but has a few things that could be improved: - if you have multiple devices it doesn't have any obvious way to plot the data together. I have Dyson air filters in multiple rooms of my home and it would be great to be able to see the data from them on one chart - the app only works with an internet connection even if you're connected to the same wifi. I have other connected devices at home which work even if the internet is out

Seems like each update is a step back in usability and a step forward for enshitification. Guys, we don't need a "shop" button in the main window, we're not purchasing Dyson products that often. You've also taken away the ability to quickly move between fans and now instead of a simple swipe have to chose "my products" select my device and THEN I can control my device. What user requested MORE steps to achieve the same thing?!
