Im almost at the end of the story but I'm close to deleting coz bored. The dialogue is so generic, a framed cop who's taking advice from his daughter's ex and some random journalist. He apparently has no opinion himself. You have to keep everyone happy to get 'important moments', yet the options for good or bad responses are so ambiguous it's just luck to get the right one. Mini games are ok, difficult sometimes yes but it's just patience and tactics. Try DUSKWOOD instead SO much better.

All in all the game started pretty good. The fact you have to complete these tiresome mini games in order to advance makes it really frustrating and gets boring pretty quick. The story line starts ratehr gripping but as you continue you find less and less information out about what is going on and easly get bored. Having persisted and stuck it out and finished the game the ending was the most underwhelming of any i have ever played. Dont think i would be bothering playing a sequel...

If you're going to do a message-based mystery game, please give players the option to speed up the messages, otherwise 80% of the playing is just sitting and waiting. The rest of the game might have been good, but I'll never know, 'cause waiting so long for messages is unbearably boring. Edit: turns out from the other reviews it's just a puzzle game pretending to be a mystery game? There aren't any pictures of that in the store listing. If I could, I'd take away the one star I gave before.
