Have been using this app for a while and it's fantastic. Few things that would definitely be useful? --- (1) Updates every so often to add new exercises in? I see a lot of stuff online, but tend to use the app exculsively so it's not easy to work them in. (2) Weight tracker per exercise? I have 4 bells, and it would help if I could see progress across each exercise when I change weight. (3) "More info" for each exercise? Would help if we knew which muscles we're hitting, what impact it has etc.

Great wee app! Only thing would be good to change is.. when you select, say, 30min WO, that is the WORK time and doesnt include the REST time between intervals, so my 30min WO became a 42mins WO. Not a major issue, but hard to gauge when you only have a certain amount of time free. Also be good to select the work and rest interval times? As only allows 30sec on/10 off. Also be able to take out the 30sec rest intervals during the set. (maybe available in paid?). Change these and 5/5 for sure! :)

Great app. The only way to make it better is to allow the user to have more options for the timers on custom workouts (let the user choose down to the exact second) - not 5 sec chunks then whole mins. Also, it would be great if you can choose how many rounds of sets of exercises rather than just in 5 min chunks too.
