Difficult navigation, measurements slow to update in app, and I don't know if those censors on the device actually have any function because the body composition seems to be based entirely on BMI. I've got a lot of muscle, always have had. I also have a layer of fat, maybe 25-28%? It's had me pegged at 36% since I had muscles popping from the gym. 🤨 What I do like is that it keeps track of my data, and that some elements are somewhat functional... when you can find them.

I would still like to know who the hell was responsible for this monstrosity of an upgrade. Making minor changes doesn't make it any better. It still looks like my 3 year old grandson has been at it with his crayons - it looks so juvenile. I could use the previous version to show my doctor my progress - now it has no practical analytical value compared to version 1 it would probably give him a headache trying to work out progress, it certainly gives me one. Where has the rest of the data from weight gone like BMR and AMR - pointless making and selling the products if you can't upload the data it makes the products worthless. Any further purchases are out of the question until this is reupgraded to restore the former functionality in V1. My advice is look at other similar products where the support is better. This seems to be a case where they have let the local kindergarten class have a go at app design. Nothing wrong with encouraging a new generation of designers, but perhaps you should have least checked it before rolling it out. In the circumstances it would be wise to let the grown-ups have version 1 back.

Flakey Bluetooth, sometimes doesn't sync with the scales. Guys, part of the unwritten contract between you and your customers is that you spend a little money to maintain the app and fix bugs. Otherwise brand damage happens. Jan'19 update: the new app looks great but still doesn't reliably retrieve data from the scales. I should have bought £9.99 dumb scales. Update 7/2020: now on Android 10 and it connects but there's a user account problem so no transfers. Terrible product, save your money!
