I have been using v380 Pro for years and it's been very good. The problem is they keep updating an app that works perfectly and messing it up. After the last update I can no longer download and save video from the camera to the album and snapshot no longer works. I can only use live view and playback but can't download any data....annoying as it was great before.

Update: When I re-installed the app, the ad is back again. Also, it keeps buffering. Takes longer to connect even if the wi-fi signal is strong. I guess because the ads keeps interfering with the system. I bought the camera and in order to operate it an app needs to be installed. In the beginning it was fine, however, the upgrade came with a clutter of ad designed for phishing. I didn't install an app inorder to get my information phished. Disappointed with the app provider.

Despite all the negative reviews, my experience of this app has been good: it works very well, is stable and functional. Unfortunately it was a pig to set up thanks to a mismatch between the software and the camera, a Luowice Q7 minicam. The trouble is that camera comes with a blank password, and the V380pro setup can't load the wi-fi credentials to the camera. You MUST set a password for the hotspot, and then all is fine using Luowice's method 1. It *does* do 4G access but you have to refresh the connect screen by dragging down, to change from wifi.

1. Adapted for triple-view triple-PTZ cameras, allowing independent control of the three camera PTZs in real-time preview.
2. Optimized the real-time preview interface interaction for triple-view devices. In Picture-in-Picture mode, small windows can be freely dragged.
3. Improved the user experience for 4G devices.
4. Fixed known issues.
