After recent version update with the new interface, the application is slower, loading app takes longer, clicking scan takes 5 sec to load the camera, when clicking on a station to see availability it takes 2-3 seconds and sometimes I think I didn't click so it receiving twice click so it close the menu, so annoying, these updates just make the user expirence just worst.. The new icons are now smaller than before (station icons) This app should be light and fast. It's a 1 star for the app.

I love Bixby as a service and use it many times per week. It seems like the app has gotten worse and worse though.... most of the times I try to rent a bike it doesn't work the first time, and it often spins, times out, and then if I try to rent another bike it tells me I have to wait because I've reached the maximum number of concurrent trips.... But I don't have any bike taken out!

Although not perfect in UI and UX, gets the job done. I would have given it 5 stars but around my area there almost none classic bikes, so I always have to go further and that constantly changes my plans. Customer service is great, though! I've had trouble docking a few times and they have solved the situations appropriately. All in all, is worth it for $22 to not to have to fix your own bike or even invest in one, considering the weather here (Montréal) is so harsh for 60% of the year 😂
